We offer our communities two types of consultation: Community Association Consulting and Capital Project Management. 

 

Community Association Consulting

  • Pricing: $450 retainer fee for 5 hours of time, then $80/Hour, billed in quarter-hour time frames

    Services include but are not limited to:

    • Budgeting

    • Board Meeting facilitation

    • Vendor selection

    • Contract negotiation and Review

    • Covenant, By-Law, and Rules & Regulations interpretation and drafting

    • Electronic election monitoring

    • Property and community inspection

    • Capital Planning

 

Capital Project Management

Do you have a large project? Clubhouse renovation, pool resurfacing, or other common area construction? We have the expertise to manage your project and protect your community’s capital assets.

$50,000-$99,999                                4%

Over $100,000                                    3%

** Start to finish flat fee. Including developing the scope of work, vendor selection, oversight during construction, creating punch lists, monitoring payment draws, and obtaining proper lien releases at job completion.
